Was the 20 Story Solomon's Temple with 3 Gigantic Arches Made of Concrete? Friday, October 22 @ 19:04:54 CDT by myoung (130 reads) | | By Mike Young
My 20 year study has concluded that King Solomon's Temple could have been made of concrete stone. I already documented in my book "Shekinah Prophecy Vol 1" (Buy it now see link located on home page) the great stone pyramids in Egypt were poured from a slurry..............

By King Solomon
My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;
So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to
understanding;
Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;
If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;
Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find ..........

The House Of David Inscription Monday, September 27 @ 15:58:28 CDT by myoung (66 reads) | | The House Of David Inscription
For some inexplicable reason, it has become fashionable in a current genre of Bible assailing literature for writers to make uncorroborated statements concerning a supposed lack of Old Testament evidence in certain respects. Among these assaults are those which claim there are no archaeological references concerning the Judah Kings of the Royal House of David (c. 1008-586 BC) and the Jerusalem Temple of King David's son Jedidiah - better known as King Solomon.
Such statements are completely untrue and, in respect of the House of David and the Temple of Yahweh, it is worth citing some archaeological examples contemporary with the biblical period in question.
In 1993 a discovery was made at Tel Dan (at the foot of Mount Hermon) which became the most significant artifact in the modern State of Israel. It is now regarded as a national treasure since it proves, irrespective of the Bible, that the House of David was an historic reality..............

King Solomon's Servant's Tombstone Found: Ancient Grave Yard Inscriptions Thursday, August 26 @ 16:55:08 CDT by myoung (143 reads) | | Torah Texts & British Grave Yard Inscriptions
History of the Jews in Great Britain
Excerpts of Moses Margoliouth
On page 12, he states that Israel was “trained to be a wandering nation” with “a peculiar migratory disposition” (p. 13) in preparation for “their mighty dispersion” over the earth. Israel’s progenitor, Abraham, was “a type of the same,” or example to those who followed after. Not only that, but Israel was “trained to be a maritime nation,” as well, and “the first colonizing expeditions were performed by water, not by land.” These statements have proven true in history. Other scholars (such as Aylett Sammes in the 17th century), have noted the Hebrew-Phoenician language of the early colonists of Britain, yet want to give the Phoenicians all of the credit by saying that the Hebrews were never known to colonize! On pages 16 to 21, Mr. Margoliouth comments on this Hebrew-Phoenician connection with ancient Britain, and says, “...the conclusion is inevitable, the Israelites must have visited the western countries in the days of Solomon.” (see also page 31) Israel and Phoenicia both spoke the same language in ancient times, but since the nation of Israel far outnumbered the Phoenicians, it is obvious that most “Phoenician” colonization was in reality Israelite. An excellent and authoritative discussion of this subject is covered in Stephen M. Collins recent book, “The Ten Tribes of Israel...Found!”
A very interesting discussion of two monuments found in Spain begins on page 22. “A Hebrew epitaph” of great antiquity, reads, “This is the grave of Adoniram, the servant of King Solomon, who came to collect the tribute, and died on the day...” (page 23) Also, “a large stone near the gate of the citadel” in Murviedro, Spain “still retains on the front, two lines in the Hebrew language and characters...’The sepulcher of Adoniram, the servant of King Solomon...’” (page 25)
And Ahishar was over the household: and Adoniram the son of Abda was over the tribute. I Kings 4:6
Mr. Margoliouth sums up this issue well in saying, “I see no reason for disbelieving that there were [Israelites] in Spain in the time of David and Solomon - startling as it may appear...there existed colonies of Hebrews all over the world, in the reigns of David and Solomon...” (page 30) ......

Proverbs of King Solomon, son of David: King of Israel (Part 1) Sunday, May 09 @ 01:27:14 CDT by MYOUNG (235 reads) | | Solomon was the author of most of the chapters written in the book of Proverbs. He was wise in natural science, psychology, philosophy, finance, law and management.
Among many other things he also enjoyed debating about the life hereafter. Many public forums were about the philosophical topics of the Torah and the nature of God.
Topics like; Why would the character of God allow evil to live in the world created by him that was perfect? These state sponsored
councils of the Sanhedrin were on a variety of international interests also.
While debating occurred under his feet the great King Solomon sat upon his gigantic throne chair made of Ivory tusks covered in gold. The throne also had two gigantic lions on each side. These two lions are now the an important influence in Japan. Upon every house you will see two lions, a male and a female. This fact has been traced to the two lions on each side of Solomon's Throne.

Who Built the Wailing Wall? - Not Herod Wednesday, April 28 @ 14:17:10 CDT by myoung (240 reads) | | By Michael Sanders
One of the most recognizable sights from antiquity is the wall surrounding the Temple Mount (Haram) in Jerusalem, part of which is known as the Western or Wailing Wall, the most sacred site of Jews.
One of the great truisms of antiquity is that this wall was built by Herod and unlike many things that are taken for granted from the past, this contention remains unanimous, until now!!!!

True Story of David's affair with Bathsheba: Later fruit? Solomon! Saturday, April 10 @ 17:46:13 CDT by myoung (218 reads) | | Tanakh Readings exposes Truth of Solomon
And it came to pass, after the year was expired, at the time when kings go
forth to battle, that David sent Joab, and his servants with him, and all Israel;
and they destroyed the children of Ammon, and besieged Rabbah. But David
tarried still at Jerusalem.
And it came to pass in an eveningtide, that David arose from off his bed, and
walked upon the roof of the king's house: and from the roof he saw a woman
washing herself; and the woman was very beautiful to look upon.
And David sent and enquired after the woman. And one said, Is not this

Raiders of the Lost Ark,
By Nadav Shragai
The firemen manning the two fire trucks dispatched to the Western Wall on July 28, 2025 were still wondering what they were supposed to do there when they were suddenly told to return to the station. Yehuda Meir Getz, the rabbi of the Western Wall, had ordered the fire trucks and was also the one that hastily canceled the order after he discovered that all the firemen on the way to the Western Wall were Arabs. He feared that his plans - to dig under the foundations of the Dome of the Rock in order to find the site of the Holy of Holies, and the place where the Temple artifacts had been concealed - would be discovered too soon.
The firemen had been assigned a secondary role in the project: to pump out hundreds of cubic meters of muddy water from the huge tunnel, chiseled eastward. Getz, along with workers from the Religious Affairs Ministry, had cleared the opening secretly during work aimed at uncovering the full length of the Western Wall.
Rabbi Getz managed to keep the secret .....

Construction of Solomon's Temple Thursday, April 01 @ 23:44:09 CST by myoung (880 reads) | | (1) Iron Age or Late Bronze Age?
During the period traditionally assigned to the era of Solomon - Iron Age IIA (1000 to 900 B.C.E.) - "the so-called cities of Megiddo, Gezer and Hazor, and Jerusalem itself were in reality more like villages....Within were relatively small public buildings and poorly constructed dwellings with clay floors. The objects reveal a material culture which, even by the standards of the ancient Near East, could not be judged sophisticated or luxurious...The 'magnificence' of the age of Solomon is parochial and decidedly lackluster, but the first book of Kings implies exactly the opposite."
- Prof. James Pritchard, Solomon and Sheba (1974), p. 35
"...Byblos is rich in fine stone buildings from the Bronze Age. However, when it comes to the Iron Age (which is purportedly the time of Solomon and his ally, Hiram of Tyre) there are no stone buildings at Byblos. How then did Solomon acquire building expertise from Phoenicia if the Phoenicians did not have the skill or resources to build stone structures for themselves?"

SOLOMON'S TEMPLE: Ezekiel claims: Build my Temple if you want SHEKINAH to Return Wednesday, February 04 @ 06:09:48 CST by myoung (1573 reads) | | By Michael S. Young
The Hebrews, Egyptians, Babylonians and the residents of Mesopotamia used a measurement called a cubit. One royal Hebrew cubit is about equal to 20.76 inches which is about 52.7 cm. Scholars of the cubit measurements of Solomon's Temple found in the Bible know for the past few thousand years no one has been able to get all the cubits of the Bible to fit correctly. Until now .......

Ancient Jewish Tablet from Solomon's Temple Found Sunday, January 18 @ 18:51:41 CST by myoung (374 reads) | | (AP) Israeli geologists said Monday they have examined a stone tablet detailing repair plans for the Jewish Temple of King Solomon that, if authenticated, would be a rare piece of physical evidence confirming biblical narrative.
The find - whose origin is murky - is about the size of a legal pad, with a 15-line inscription in ancient Hebrew that strongly resembles descriptions in the Bible's Book of Kings. It could also strengthen Jewish claims to a disputed holy site in Jerusalem's Old City that is now home to two major mosques.
Muslim clerics insist, despite overwhelming archaeological evidence, that no Jewish shrine ever stood at the site. That claim was made by Palestinian officials in failed negotiations with Israel in 2000 over who would be sovereign there.
