Widow Fights 9-11 Estate Challenge Linked to President Bush: Why Mariani the Widow refused $1.6 Million

Derry, New Hampshire--September 24, 2004 Posted 5:00 PM--EDT--TomFlocco.com--An attorney employed by a law firm with multiple ties to President Bush met with a 9-11 widow's step-daughter prior to her commencement of an estate takeover attempt which could limit the widow's future legal options as she seeks to hold Mr. Bush and others accountable for failures before and during the actual two-hour period of the attacks.
Ellen M. Mariani, a doggedly determined New Hampshire 9-11 widow, has been engaged in a year-long legal battle to maintain control of her late husband Neil's estate as she considers her future legal options while attempting to seek information, evidence, and accountability related to government failures before and during the September 11 attacks.

This, in the face of an estate challenge filed more than a year ago by Mariani's step-daughter Lauren Peters, who met with attorney Daniel Bakinowski in the Boston office of Greenberg Traurig--a Miami-based firm with several close links to both President George W. Bush and his brother, Florida Governor Jeb Bush. A few months later, attorneys from Massachusetts and New Hampshire helped Peters file a legal challenge to take control of the late Louis Neil Mariani's estate...................
