This is a short book review about a US naval officer who rubbed elbows and worked for the Whose Who and how they are getting away with gigantic in your face fraud at this very moment.

I bought this book and could not put it down. I have re-read this book a few times. I am recommending its purchase. This is a brief review of The Conspirators

I Got a Real Bad Feeling

(July 26) I’ve been getting that b-a-a-a-d feeling. You can put this under the category of continuing signs of things to come, but you’ve got to put it all together, of course. Karen Hughes, Chair of the Bush-Cheney Reelection Committee, stated that the campaign had raised only $13 million last month. So even though their total war chest is supposedly $285 million, she said that they had raised just $13 million in June, which was half of what they had expected when they had formulated targets a year ago. The funny thing about it is that when she was asked by Aaron Brown on CNN (Aren’t you concerned about this?), she said she had absolutely no concern whatsoever. And it seemed genuine. She didn’t seem like she was pretending not to be concerned because then she went into this long diatribe of how they have reduced their staff at the campaign committee. They continue to close state offices. They’re not going to distribute any campaign literature, pins, buttons, and bumper stickers in selected states. They have reduced and will continue to reduce fund-raising efforts. And I thought, “How strange this is!”

Then you combine that with other little signs and it gets really disquieting. For instance, there was a surprise announcement from Clear Channel Communications, (which they refused to elaborate on), that Clear Channel will not take any pre-sales of advertisement for the month of January.

They’re not taking any new advertising. Then another announcement by Sinclair Broadcasting said the same thing -- that Sinclair wouldn’t take any advertisement for the month of January either.

What does that tell you? The only time that this has happened before, by the way, was in October 1962, around the time of the Cuban missile crisis, when the White House told the networks not to accept any further advertising because the government may invoke its emergency power to commandeer the nation’s broadcasters. That’s the only time it’s happened before.

It should also be remembered that the federal government does have the power to commandeer the nation’s airwaves. Airwaves, after all, are publicly owned. The government controls them in the last analysis.

What’s odd about it is why these two -- the most rabidly pro-Bush stations? Why hasn’t there been a general announcement from all media outlets of the same? Why only the rabidly pro-Bush outlets? That would not indicate that there would be a specific action of government to potentially commandeer the airwaves, but perhaps a covert effort by the Bush Cheney Regime to instigate a coup d’etat. Remember Oliver North and Bill Casey’s Operation Sledge Hammer from the mid 1980s. (Refer to your copy of “The Conspirators.”)

In other countries where this has been done in the past, particularly Third World nation-states, you will find that generally the broadcasting outlets within those nations that are most sympathetic to the ruling regime will be those that will suddenly cooperate in a putsch, or a coup d’etat. They then become the mouthpiece for the new regime. They are de facto nationalized. But isn’t that what we have with Clear Channel and Sinclair? They are de facto mouthpieces of the Bushonian Cabal. Their chairman, and officers, principals and directors are all members of the Bushonian Cabal. They, in fact, made their money by being Bushonian scamscateers and tagging along on various Bushonian frauds, as we have consistently revealed both in "The Conspirators" and past columns on this website. The major shareholders of these companies are also all members of the Cabal.

I would look at all of this as a negative sign.

Then the subsequent news on Bloomberg and other financial news networks, which I found kind of humorous, was that, of the 500 companies on the S&P;, 499 have now given the maximum legal permissible hard money contributions to the Bush-Cheney reelection campaign. Only one corporation has given money to Kerry Edwards; that’s Cotsco. The only corporation of the S&P; 500 to have given money. You talk about one-sided!

It was interesting to note that Henry Kissinger was on European Journal, one of the few forums you still see him on. Kissinger had mentioned that what he calls ‘the real Republican money’ is not coming into the Bush-Cheney regime.

What’s the explanation? There’s only one reason that’s happening. He didn’t say it this way, but what he means is the quiet, the big, deep, offshore Republican money has not flowed into the coffers of the Bush-Cheney campaign or Republican interest groups, and the only reason that would happen is because these interests know that they don’t have to come up with the money. In other words, the fix is in. The thinking is -- Why waste the money when you don’t have to? If you know you’ve got a ringer in the running that’s a dead cert, you don’t have to keep buying the tickets. Suddenly there is this tremendous amount of focus that the Bush-Cheney regime is trying to put on Iran now. Even Jay Leno is making jokes about it. Iran? Iraq? It was a typo. It was just one letter away.

The 9/11 Commission report has been released and what has come out is this idea that it was a mistake to use American resources to invade Iraq and that it was Iran that was the real problem and always has been. The White House is now using that to focus attention on Iran. What they’re doing now is building another boogeyman for when YET another diversion for the American people is needed -- if you know what I mean. But these are just more signs, some of which are seemingly inexplicable until you put them into some historical context. This is based on my past experience in the Reagan Bush Regime and knowing who these cats and gators are, and then putting this into context. When you put it into some historical context, then it gives you a clue as to what may be behind these little signs.

People have asked about the books that have been put on the watch list by the FBI, and what I say, is that’s why people subscribe to Al Martin Raw. Com. Because these 874 titles are classified and therefore are not accessible by Google, which seems to be counted as the lazy man’s research these days.

Not only that, but because of Al Martin Raw.com’s intimate knowledge of government agencies, we can point out the ways in which they attempt to hide information.

How I found the information was on a very arcane website maintained by something called The Office of Strategic Analysis, which doesn’t even look like a government website. As a matter of fact, it isn’t even in the United States -- yet it is.

To even get to it, you have to go onto the Office of Information Awareness. Then you have to go into what’s called the password or the key code section, wherein you have to enter your government code, which is issued by the FBI; you have to have the number code of the month in order to proceed further.

Actually, you can get in -- if you have access to the FBI’s security code passbooks, because they’re the ones that actually have them printed, which have hundreds and hundreds of codes in them. They’re printed every month, and the codes change every month. These are codes that are used to gain entry into, not necessarily restricted government websites, but websites that are frankly arcane, that are shadowy, that don’t even look like government websites.

(Of course , we do not have such a book)

Then there’s the report about the seditious websites. Readers should be advised that the Al Martin Raw general counsel has received a communication from the Department of Justice informing us that the secret National Security Court, contained within the rotted bowels of the Department of Justice, has determined that certain contents of the Al Martin Raw.com website is in violation of Statute 432 of the National Security Acts of 1949-50; and that, in fact, the Department of Justice was undertaking action to block access to AlMartinRaw.com on publicly owned computer terminals.

This came to my attention, not only by notification from the Department of Justice, but in my weekly radio show with Tony Trupiano, wherein one of my subscribers, a professor at the University of California in Berkeley, informed me that this campus was blocking access to Al Martin Raw.com. I have subsequently become aware that this blocking is system-wide within the University of California, since another subscriber at UC Irvine has also confirmed this fact.

So what is it? It’s not really sedition. Statute 432 has been strengthened, in the post-Patriot I environment. This Statute 432 of the National Security Acts of 1949-50 is the sinister statute, which I often talk about, wherein it states that it is a felonious offense for a United States citizen to reveal their knowledge of a criminal act being committed by the government of the United States, if the Attorney General should deem that such revelation is injurious to the security of the State or the domestic tranquility of the people. The Department of Justice is using the statute in lieu of prosecuting somebody under the now reconstituted Seditious Publication and Utterance Acts of 1942 ( to prosecute “people with loose lips that sank ships”) because the attorney general has much more power to act unilaterally under this statute, now that it has been strengthened in the post-Patriot I environment, than he would have under the sedition statutes, since the sedition statutes would draw in judicial authority and review, if somebody is actually charged with sedition.

The attorney general, our erstwhile Deputy ReichsFuehrer Johan Ashcroft, is using Section 432 to shut down websites and to block public access in public computer terminals like libraries and universities to websites, since he can do so without any judicial notification.

There is nothing that a citizen-owner of a website or an individual citizen can do. In the post-Patriot I environment, the only right of appeal a citizen holder or owner of a website being blocked under Statute 432 is to have his or her attorney file a petition challenging the attorney general’s action before the News Supreme National Security Court, not the existing National Security Court, but the newly created, Supreme National Security Court, which is directly controlled by the President.

There have been numerous instances of websites being shut down through the office of the attorney general using this statute. As I understand it, there are hundreds of websites being blocked, but not necessarily shut down, which is a more cumbersome electronic procedure. Now they don’t have to shut it down; all they have to do is block it. It’s the same effect. From the point of view of the Office of State Cyber Security, it is obviously much easier to block access than it is actually to shut down a website.

This is a burgeoning field in software. Privately held companies market this blocking software to institutions like universities and libraries. And here’s what is odd about it, given the political disposition of many of the campuses in the University of California. Is it likely that they would have chosen to do this voluntarily? We’re not talking about the University of Georgia here.

On one of the radio shows I did last week, I responded to the interview on Neil Cavuto’s business and market roundtable show on Fox News, where Newt Gingrich appeared and, once again, played the Bushonian line of trying to scare the American people. Newt said that if John Kerry gets elected next year, he is immediately going to seek to raise taxes. And George Bush has promised that there will be no tax increases next year. Of course, that’s a lie.

My first response (as I talked back to the television, as I often do) was that the American people had best hope that there is a tax increase next year because if there isn’t, then Bushonian budget deficits are going to spiral out of control.

As I try to point to right-wingers who call in all the time to my radio shows, the Bush-Cheney regime is following the exact same economic script, as it were, as the Reagan-Bush and Bush-Quayle regimes.

The Bush-Cheney regime have largely shielded the American people, both in their capacity as taxpayers and as investors, from the deleterious effects of Bushonian budget and trade deficits by proffering tax cuts.

It is these consistent tax cuts, which have shielded the American people from having to pay to finance these budget deficits.

What happens when you do that is that it becomes a self-feeding mechanism. If you continuously reduce taxes, which reduces governmental income, and you continuously increase spending, the budget deficit simply grows and grows and grows.

Then what happens is that it creates a new inflationary cycle, which is precisely what Bushonian tax cuts versus budgets have now created -- a new inflationary cycle. I try to point this out to everybody and all these hardcore Bush fans will try to say, “Well look. This didn’t happen in late-1980s.”

My answer is this: The reason why the Reagan-Bush and Bush-Quayle regimes were able to maintain tax cuts up until 1990, despite their spiraling budget deficits, is because they kept bleeding the then-$3.8-trillion Social Security surplus in order to mask the actual size of the budget deficits they were accruing.

By 1990, however, this couldn’t be done anymore because all of the $3.8 trillion had been defrauded. All of Social Security’s $3.8 trillion in cash had been defrauded by the Reagan-Bush and subsequent Bush-Quayle regimes.

How did this fraud happen? By replacing the $3.8 of accrued cash in the Social Security general and disability trust funds with an equal amount of restricted 30 year US treasury bonds bearing a 3-1/2 % coupon, in order to mask the actual size of Bushonian budget deficits.

Former Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neill who was fired for trying to tell the truth has consistently alluded to this when he talks about the issue of secret debt of the 1980s.

The reason why it’s more dangerous this time around is because the Bush-Cheney regime does not have any Social Security accrued surpluses to rape, pillage and plunder -- in order to hide or mask the enormous size of Bushonian budget deficits.

if taxes are not raised this will happen no matter who is in office, no matter what party or what regime, , Treasury Secretary Snow has even said that even if the Bush-Cheney regime is in office next year, it will not attempt to change the alternative minimum-tax whammy that is coming to 50 million U.S. citizens because, no matter what, they must raise taxes to finance Bushonian budget deficits. There’s no two ways about it.

Snow has admitted this on several occasions, most recently, when he gave his address before the annual luncheon of the American Bond Dealers Association.

So US citizens will get the tax whammy and corporations will get a free pass – once again. In a study recently completed by the EPI (Economic Policy Institute), which was very thoroughly done (I looked at the numbers and the way the study was compiled) on the issue of large U.S. corporations having evaded U.S. taxes.

The Economic Policy Institute estimates that in the last 20 years (from 1984 to present) U.S. businesses have evaded in excess of $5 trillion in corporate income taxes.

This was done through a variety of means, principally by moving their primary subsidiaries to offshore, non-taxable jurisdictions.

Accenture, for instance, the former Arthur Andersen, has moved its corporate domicile to Bermuda and they still got the multi-billion dollar contract for the Homeland Security foreign-visitor visa program.

The Democrats were able to get a bill through the House because the Republicans were frightened to block it because it was under scrutiny by the Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily, and other business publications.

The Democrats were able to get a bill through the House which would make it unlawful for the U.S. government to extend loan guarantees to U.S. corporations operating offshore for the purposes of evading U.S. taxes. Republicans have always fought that measure in the past, but this time, so close to the election, the pro-Bush faction was forced to back away from blocking it, as they have done in the past.

But the loan guarantees issue wouldn’t prevent U.S. corporations from going offshore because the loan guarantees don’t affect that large a segment of our business community. The real meat of what has to be done is for the White House to say through the Treasury Department that U.S. corporations who move offshore for the purposes of evading U.S. taxes will not be granted any more government contracts and will not be allowed to bid on contracts.

If that type of legislation were proffered, it would be different. When Senator Hillary Clinton had proposed this exact same bill in 1998, who comes out to the fore but Dick Cheney?

Cheney said at the annual 1998 dinner of the American Enterprise Institute that this bill by Senator Clinton was a direct attack against the Republican Party. It’s interesting he used those words, that a bill that would punish U.S. corporations from moving offshore to evade income taxes would be a direct attack against the Republican Party. That, of course, begs the question -- On whose dime does the Republican Party exist?

The Bourne Supremacy movie which just came out is about CIA field agents. The only problem is that they are all 40 and up men with bellies hanging over their belts. That’s what the agency has become. They have nobody in the field Their so-called human intelligence capability or field intelligence capability has declined tremendously since the 1980s. Even in the 1980s, it had already declined.

This concept of having these 6-foot blonde-haired, blue-eyed Adonises out in the field who are superbly trained--that’s bullshit. What they have out in the field are 47-year-old burnout guys that have been with the agency 20 years. They’re all burned out and their guts are hanging over their belts. And they’re drunk most of the time. That’s the Agency today.

There was a woman who called in on the radio show I did last week and actually cried. She wept on air about what’s happening to America under Bush.

She was an obviously elderly woman who called up. She starts out by talking about the trashing of civil rights and liberties under the U.S. Constitution during the last four years.

She actually started out by saying -- under the Bush-Cheney regime we have seen the trashing of civil rights and liberties of the American people. We have seen books being banned. We have seen inform-on-a-neighbor programs starting. And then she said -- I have seen this all before. She spoke with a heavy European accent. And I said, How have you seen this before? And she said, I’m a survivor of Birkenau. And she started crying.

She said, I’ve been a loyal American. I voted Republican ever since I immigrated here after the war. And she says -- Look at what George Bush and Company has done to this nation.

Then she said -- Those of us who are camp survivors have seen this before.

She said -- This is how it started before.

It was a powerful presentation. Then the calls came in and it was jammed with people expressing support and sympathy, and essentially saying the same thing that this woman was saying.

And I said on air -- This is a perspective from somebody who lived through this once before and lived through what was the end result of the trashing of the German constitution, of the book burning and book banning, of the Inform-on-Your-Neighbor-Program. Look what the end result of that was

The end result was concentration camps.

Then I said -- Are things that different with the Bush-Cheney regime having quietly spent $3 billion in upgrading the Civilian Inmate Labor Facility (CILF) program in the United States? Are we not headed upon the same road?

People might call this alarmist because the mantra of the day is: If you tell the truth, you’re an alarmist.

But you’ve got to look at it through the eyes of someone who lived in Germany in the 1930s and wound up in the concentration camp in the 1940s and lived to tell about it.

This woman was very distraught and started crying. She actually started bawling. I didn’t know what to do initially. I’m not used to people bawling over the line. The first thing I did was to try to cheer her up a little because she spoke with such a heavy Eastern European accent. When she said Birkenau, I assumed right away she must have been a Polish Jew. So in a nice voice I said some things, and I think it changed it a little bit. I trotted out all the Polish I know, which you can fit in a teacup.

The point to get across is that the rabid Pro-Bush people of the Fear, Ignorance and Prejudice Brigade, straining their wrists waving the flag, should understand that there is no better-informed opinion on what is currently happening, than someone who has lived through the consequences and lived to tell the tale.
