Born in Madrid on 14 July 1942. Married to Concepción Giménez - two children. Doctorate in physics - Fulbright scholar at several American universities.

Professor of solid-state physics at Madrid Complutense University - author of over thirty publications in the field.

Member of the Spanish Chapter of the Club of Rome.

Joined the Spanish Socialist Party in 1964.

Member of the Spanish Parliament since 1977.

Spanish Cabinet Minister from 1982 to 1995 without interruption:

December 1982 - July 1988: Minister for Culture (simultaneously acted as Government Spokesman from July 1985 to July 1988).
July 1988 - July 1992: Minister for Education and Science.
July 1992 - December 1995: Minister for Foreign Affairs.

December 1995 - October 1999: Secretary-General of North Atlantic Treaty Organisation(NATO).

Since 18 October 1999: Secretary General of the Council of the European Union/High representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP).

Since 25 November 1999: Secretary General of Western European Union (WEU). Most importantly regarding the new European Union. He is Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, and also High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP)

So what is happening this month of Nov.2003?

In the History of the World we are seeing the establishment of the European World Army along with our NATO troops. It happend in Nov.2003. This new European World Army will be under direct command of the Antichrist during the Second half of the Tribulation. This is the European Union Army that will march to Armegeddon.

So what has happened? I am still trying to find the article I read last week. I thought it was rubbish propaganda out of England. Then today the light went on Collin Powell shook hands with Solana in Europe at the end of Nov.2003. The British News piece said something like, "US Battalions under EU Command"

So is this new? Since George Washington No US has ever been under military chain of command until Nov.2003 during the European Army excersises.

However there have been individual soldiers under UN military command structures but never since our founding fathers has there been a more than individual soldiers. This is an entire US military command controlled by Europeans.

EU HR Javier Solana to particpate in the first joint EU/NATO crisis management exercise (CME/CMX 03) from 19 to 25 November 2003. The European Union (EU) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) will conduct their FIRST EVER joint crisis management exercise, CME/CMX 03, from 19 to 25 November 2003, based on a range of standing arrangements for consultation and co-operation between the EU and NATO in times of crisis, and the other relevant elements of "Berlin Plus" arrangements.

This is not a UN Army it is a New European Army the way the old Romans had their nationally independent Legions. It is happening this month.

Keep an eye on this. This is a very spectacular development. I have previously read and now I need to go back and find and post the article if I can find it. An English reporter brought it to my attention. For the first time NATO and US soldiers will be directly under a European Army Commander.

We will keep an eye on Mr. Javier Solana the Spaniard.
