ADVANCING ACCESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE U.S. PATENTED CURE FOR AIDS

On November 19, 2025 American Boyd Ed Graves became the first person to receive the U.S. patented CURE for AIDS in the United States. The purpose of this Abstract is to provide a basic science understanding of the process involved to effect and advance greater access to this cheap and effective patented cure. The objective being to stabilize populations that have been targeted by the ‘synthetic biological agent’ we call HIV/AIDS, designed, produced and proliferated by the United States of America for population stabilization (“culling”) ---------

History of the Development of HIV/AIDS

On June 9, 1969, the United States Pentagon sought a $10 million dollar appropriation from the United States Congress to seek to make a “synthetic biological agent” for which “no natural immunity could have been acquired”. An ’agent’ that would ‘deplete the immune system so as to allow for the onset of infectious disease’. See, U.S. House Resolution 15090, Part VI funding, page 129.

If HIV/AIDS is not the United States’ synthetic biological ‘agent’ that depletes the immune system, then where is the United States’ agent?

So there is absolutely no confusion as to EXACTlY what ‘agent’ the United States was trying to make, we read from page 121 of the House Resolution. The Pentagon further testifies this agent would lead to “world-wide scourge” and “black death-type plague” in certain geographical regions and areas of the world.

The development and proliferation of AIDS virus was carried out primarily under the auspices of the U.S. Special Virus program (1948 – 1978). We track this program back to a February 1948 memorandum (FPS-21) written by George W. McKennan of the U.S. State Department. Here the United States first identifies the mindset necessary for mass destructions of ethnic populations. We believe that the U.S Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was formed for the sole purposes of carrying out the long term development and placement of VISNA sheep disease in to human disease. We believe the CIA’s 1948 “NAOMI” project is a significant portion of the U.S. government womb that produced HIV/AIDS.

Many of you are already aware of the timeline that we have proffered to support the true facts of the laboratory birth of AIDS. See, www.boydgraves.com/timeline/ . However, the importation of VISNA into the sheep in 1932 must be re-examined, particularly when we realize this year was the initiation of the secret Tuskegee human experimentation on African Americans. The 1932- 1972 hidden Tuskegee experiments sought to infiltrate syphilis into the genetic characteristics of African Americans. Unbeknownst to us was the fact that this separate VISNA experiment relative to Black people was also initiated. The fact that both experiments began at the same time does not appear to be by coincidence. Our contention of a ‘century long hunt’ for a “contagious cancer” that “selectively kills” is supported by the science and medical history, as well as some very peculiar events in the early 20th Century.

Specifically, we sincerely believe the 1904 U.S. Station for Experimental Evolution and the 1926 “VIRUS CANCER” Conference at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) require intense global scrutiny. I offer these events to show there was a very strong focus on intensive research relative to the immune system and viral diseases primarily of people of color.

Review of the 1971 HIV/AIDS Development Flowchart

Consequently upon review of the U.S.’ 1971 flowchart, we find many (people of color) experiments in the Selection phase of the secret program. The first decision point of the program calls for a ‘virus particle’. The United States isolates this enzyme form a five-year old African American child. This particle is used to make the ESP-1 virus (HIV/AIDS), which is then sent to vaccine developer, Pfizer, for ‘complement’ (added to the vaccines). This information is located in the 1971 progress report of the U.S. Special Virus program. See, pages 115 and 120. The program’s designer virus, the ESP-1 virus is identical to HIV at (x100,000) magnification under electron microscopy. The 1971 “research logic” flowchart removes any doubt that the HIV/AIDS pandemic was the result of an act of nature or an accidental release of U.S. research.

The U.S. patented CURE for AIDS

In October 1977, the United States patented a ‘method for curing AIDS’, patent #5676977. The product is called TETRASIL/IMUSIL and is a one-time injection/infusion that eliminates bacterial pathogens in the blood system of an individual. It is this cheap and effective cure for AIDS that is the subject of my presentation.

As a 29-month recipient of this one time injection, I further submit that we have an effective and cheap remedy for AIDS that is ready now. Our goal in bringing this information to the international community is to serve as a conduit for the necessary global “double blind” efficacy clinical trials of this U.S. patented CURE for AIDS.
